Tabs Test: Add Tab Button

Activating Tabs with the "addTabButton" option set to true causes an extra tab at the end of the stack to exist. This can add a new empty tab and panel to the list.

Also as an extra test try to destroy and invoke the tabs component.

New Tab Settings

These settings will be filled into the Tab during the "before-tab-added" event. If you leave the title and/or content fields blank, the Add Tab button will insert its normal defaults (this is what will happen when using the control normaly).

How should we add new tabs?

Use the before-tab-added event to modify the New Tab using the default methods on the Tabs API
Use the addTabButtonCallback property on the Tabs Control API to supply a callback for the Add Tab Button
